

Since the early 2000s, Jean-Charles Eustache has been creating works that stand out, with a fine virtuosity, whose images remain imprinted on the retina, marking the memory. His work was soon spotted by critics, art centre directors and exhibition curators. His work has been exhibited over the last ten years in major art centres including the Fondation d'Entreprise Ricard, Paris, the Fondation Vuitton, Paris, the CAC, Meymac, the M.A.S.C. Les Sables d'Olonne, the Kunstraum kreuzberg / Bethanien, Berlin, the Frac Auvergne, the Galerie Espace Mica, Rennes, Glassbox, Paris, the Centre d'Art Contemporain Le Creux de l'Enfer, Thiers, and the Magasin, Grenoble Jean-Charles Eustache's paintings are present in public collections and foundations: Fond National d'Art Contemporain, Fondation Colas, Frac Auvergne, Clermont Auvergne Métropole and numerous private collections. In 2021, a double monographic exhibition will be dedicated to him at the FRAC Auvergne and at the Claire Gastaud gallery. His first catalogue will be co-published by the Frac Auvergne and the Claire Gastaud Gallery on this occasion.
