Glinn gained recognition for his color series on the South Seas, Japan, Russia, Mexico, and California, as well as for documenting important political events, including Fidel Castro’s invasion of Cuba. Of his process, Glinn said, “what you've got to do is discover the essential truth of the situation, and have a point of view about it.”
