Sinan AVİNAL

Sinan Avinal was born in Istanbul. In 2005, he started his undergraduate education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramic and Glass Design. In 2010, after completing his undergraduate education, he won two domestic awards with his works produced in 2011.Starting his postgraduate education at the same institution, he completed his Master's Degree in 2018 and his Proficiency in Art in 2023 with his thesis titled ‘Analysis of perceptual uncertainty through ceramic artifacts’.Sinan Avinal, who started his academic career in 2013, is working as a Assistant Professor at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Ceramics and Glass. He teaches ‘Art and Object’, ‘Art and Environment’, ‘Ceramic Basic Design’, ‘Ceramics Managament’, and ‘Portfolio’ in the department.The artist, who has participated in many exhibitions in Turkey and abroad, has recently focused on experimental art in his works. He continues his works in his studio in Istanbul.
